First time visit. Had lunch at Frio Loco today. Great sandwiches! You get your choice of sourdough or brioche bun for your sandwich. They offer paper bags for very efficient ordering. Our sandwiches were out to us in minutes. They also have many offerings of shaved ices, smoothies and ice creams. It's definitely going to be one of our "go to" spots in Crystal Beach.

Frio Loco is in my opinion THE BEST food truck in Port Bolivar. The owners serve amazing shaved ice, and are very kind to me, and my son, and everyone I've ever seen there. I recommend it to all of my AirBnB customers. There is no way you can visit Crystal Beach and not visit Frio Loco. They have great sandwiches as well, and some coffee items on the menu.
If I could kidnap people and bring them in to try it, I would, but that's unfortunately against the law. The only thing that could make it better is if the owners applied for a Liquor License and started putting Bacardi in their snow cones. Get down to Frio Loco OR ELSE and try a gosh darn snow cone already, and tell 'em Jess sent you 🍧

Great place to stop for a treat! We all got Hawaiian
Style with the ice cream and it was so good!! Staff was friendly but the hour wait was a little disappointing in the heat.
Best snow come I have ever had! The staff were so kind, very hospitable as I ate here with my toddler and stayed to color for a while. We will return here next trip!

We were delighted to find this shaved ice location on Bolivar! The ice is amazing- soft, fluffy and delicious! The flavor combinations are extensive. We will be back again today!

Loved this spot last year, so glad to be back! Asked for a specialty add to the frappe and did not disappoint! Love these snow cones and ty 4 the frequent flyer card, we will be back again for more b4 leaving!

My first time here. I was craving their smoothies list and so I decided on getting their Strawberry-Banana Smoothie with whipped cream. Very delicious & refreshing. Awesome & friendly staff. Will definitely recommend this place while airbnb at the local beach houses.

This was a lovely place. We stopped in looking for a nice cool treat and the shaved ice was delightful. I also ordered a deli turkey sandwich that was delicious. I’m definitely planning another trip to visit this wonderful establishment.
