I recently used Frost cupcakes in the woodlands. I spent 30 minutes placing a custom cookie order and provided a picture of what the cookies should look like. The cookies were plain and did not have the design that I was assured would be placed on the cookies when they were picked up. I paid $5 per cookie to receive a plain cookie that I could have purchased at the grocery store for 1/3 of the price. I was so disappointed as this was a thank you for the guests at my daughter’s baby shower. I would not recommend this shop for custom orders.

Frost Bake Shoppe made a Cat in the Hat cake for my granddaughters birthday! It was amazing. I sent over a picture of the cake, not only was it identical to the picture, they included extra for me. The cake was absolutely delicious too... I will buy all my cakes from Frost Bake Shoppe! Katie F. BEST CAKE EVER!! This was our first time ordering from Frost Bake Shoppe, and it will definitely not be the last. Not only did they do an AMAZING job with the design but the cake itself was DELICIOUS. We got the chocolate cake with buttercream icing and filling. We all loved, loved the cake. Multiple guests said it was the best cake they had ever tasted, and asked for the bakery's info. This place is so worth it!! We're so happy we found it!

For a “cupcake shop,” three out of the four flavors we tried were subpar, not flavorful, and overpriced for something I could better make at home. Their dulce de leche flavor was the only acceptable one we received. I wouldn’t soon go here again… baked goods need to have finesse and quality if you’re going out to buy them. Too many shops in the area just open to serve suboptimal goods. Service Take out

Frost did our custom gender reveal cake and the whole process, presentation, taste was exactly what I wanted. The buttercream was fantastic, the cake was moist and delicious. They worked with me closely to get the details I wanted as I couldn’t find too many places that would do an hombre colored cake. I highly recommend and will definitely return for future events.

The best cupcakes!! Love the variety. I can eat the icing all by itself. The gluten-free cupcakes are also delicious. They made my daughter's birthday cake... Absolutely gorgeous, almost too pretty to eat, but we did, and it did not disappoint!

Wow!! We have asked Frost to make us a cake before with a characters on it and then this… look at the details!! It’s the most beautiful cake we have ever seen.. wonderful job. So happy with the results. Keep up the incredibly creative work you do!
