Boutique Eatery FOND hidden in fruits and roots a fantastic place to eat something healthy and tasty with a awesome selection of freshly squeezed juices and good selection of hot drinks, my breakfast was a bacon Benedict on potato rosti great texture with flavor, my wife had a healthy salad which she totally enjoyed "Happy wife happy life" definately worth the visit Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Well over the years Fruits and Roots has just got better finer and tastier. It’s just that kinda spot. All things organic and clean Service is just exceptional Knowledgeable people in every corner ready to be if service Fresh cold pressed juices And the Food …. Well let’s just say it was my Sisters first time here and she’s food sensitive but this blew her away. Thank you for this healthy space Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I preferred much the smoothie done under last ownership. Asked 4 change of theirs, which they tried 2 a degree, but not fully. I was told that its pre-done. Great menu, best lunch buffet, friendly staff. Healthy breads especially on Wednesday and Friday. Natural health remedies and all sorts of healthy foods and skin care products.

The beyond burger was sold out, which was a pity as I came from Pretoria to experience this. I then had the haloumi and avo wrap as suggested by the very helpful and friendly waitress. It was tasty, well seasoned, fresh and substantial. I highly recommend the wrap. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The only negative was the christian music playing in the store which started after my meal arrived.

It's a lovely shop with some very interesting products although pricey ! However I think good ingredients these days are. In terms of the cafe the staff are amazing but the inside ambience us very loud due to the coffee machine noise. Always enjoyed the buffet here previously but the food lately seems lacking in variety and flavour.
