Fuego - Grill and Sushi bar in New Cairo City is a great place to get some of the best sushi in town. The ingredients are always fresh, the food is made with attention to detail, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of sushi rolls, as well as Italian and grilled food. The salmon sashimi was particularly delicious. Prices are on the high side, but it's worth it for the quality. There are also 24 and 40 pieces combos available. Unfortunately, some of the main dishes, such as steak, can be overcooked and have a bad taste. It would be nice if they offered more combos for large groups. Overall, Fuego is one of the best sushi places in Cairo and worth the visit.
