I've eaten her twice, sharing their chicken nachos with two others and enjoying a Smog City Groundworks Coffee Porter on tap. The nachos were plentiful with flavorful chicken, plenty of cheese, olives, tomatoes, jalapenos and sides of salsa, guacamole and sour cream. The tortilla chips were nice and crispy. They have a wide selection of craft beer on draft, so you'll find something for whatever your mood. The servers were also attentive both times. If you're a sports fan, the numerous large screen TVs on every wall will ensure you don't miss a play. While I visited during the Cal State Fullerton students' winter break, I could imagine the lively energy when they return. Situated in a cool part of town with brick buildings and appealing aesthetics, Fullerton Brew Co. offers not just great food and drinks but also a vibrant location to explore with plenty of nearby stores.
