Nice atmosphere, wait staff is kind. I love the little space it's in, though I can see busy times being frustrated if you just stopped in. Very consistent sushi rolls, I had the all you can eat for 20 on Thursdays. The salad was unique and delicious. The miso soup is definitely the best I've ever had. Highly recommend. Update on 10/19: Cant praise Fusion enough. I love the staff as much as the food. If you are a sushi lover, Fusion Cafe is exceptional! Being our first time here, we went all out. We ordered chicken skewers to start, they were delicious. Then we tried 3 different varieties of sushi to split up and they did not disappoint. They have a nice beer and drink selection too. Service was excellent and it’s a very nice clean place. We come to Fusion very often. The service is always on point, just like the food, even when they are exceptionally busy. Tonight, we brought my daughter's bestie in, and she loves it just as much as we do! The staff was very accommodating, even adding more to our order after we finished our original order. I truly wish I could give them more stars. The food is amazing but it is INCREDIBLY difficult to dine here as their hours are VERY limited, reservations are REQUIRED for Thursday and Friday dining, and they do NOT take day of reservations unless you call at 11am when they open. Such a shame because I would have really liked to support this local business more. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Very delicious. The owner did a fabulous job of preparing and serving our sushi for us. It was my first time dining at the Fusion 1 Cafe and overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. Nothing tops a scrumptious meal with impeccable service. Definitely a restaurant to enjoy. The food was excellent. The tomato basil soup was probably the best I've ever had. The Cajun beef tips were melt in your mouth delicious. Tender with just the right amount of chewyness. The service was good and friendly and the chef was outgoing and friendly. Just tried Fusion 1 for the first time with some friends and we all loved it! We went for the Sushi Extravaganza and it was a great deal, all you can eat sushi and salad with a bowl of miso soup. Everything was great! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Cozy, romantic upscale resteraunt tucked away by Bay City's waterfront. Famous for the all-you-can-eat sushi. Has a full menu as well. Also open for lunch, but hours of operation can discourage you. Call ahead. Reservations are definitely recommended. Food comes out slowly as their theory on meals is food should be an experience, not fast. The bananas foster is big enough to satisfy three. Well worth the wait.
