Wonderful evening at Gaby's Burger! My family and I tried a little bit of everything and we were not disappointed! The drinks were delicious especially loved the passionfruit (parcha) mojito. The burgers were beyond delicious. The meat was very well seasoned and flavorful. You can tell the patties were put together in house! The topping options were great. We loved the fries as they were crispy but not oily in any way. The hospitality and service at this restaurant was wonderful and we loved the live music and fun energy too. Definitely stop here! The meat from the burger was tender and tasty, and the environment was friendly and relaxed. Prices are reasonable for the food (we were not drinking). They have games for the tables for hanging out. I recommend it and would definitely go back to try the drinks and beer options. It was a Sunday early evening, and there was going to be live music, but I left before they started. Fantastic burger! You build your own burger, so you can pick anything you like. I had veggie version and it was incredibly good! My husband even ordered a second one because he liked the veggie version even better than the regular one. Would definitely come again! We are in town from western NY... 8 rarely eat beef that I personally didn't raise... My beef is outstanding.. that is my baseline....now the review... 1) the burger ... Outstanding... It's a build your own so we were able to get it with all the stuff we liked...( Try the Puerto Rican sweet bun). Many options all quality. 2) the service very fast and the place was hopping. Tatiana is outstanding quick attentive and happy. 3) the beers... 30 Craft beers.. enough said...PR has some respectable micro brews!!! This place is a must stop.. I give the 7 out of 5 stars...
