The 2 bartenders on the left are really mean and tired. As well as don’t pay attention to the orders. See us approach and Ignore and serve someone else. Then the one on the right gave me an attitude and told me to wait. The one on the left didn’t feel welcoming and made it seem like he is doing us a favor by serving us. Just to clarify the server on the right didn’t serve us. Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been to many bars in the strip, and this bar was far below the average. The bartenders, especially the elder ones are extremely unfriendly and rude. I do not understand why MGM even hire these people and pay them good amount of money! (I know that bartenders at hotel casinos earn a lot) Even though I love staying Aria, I try to avoid this bar. + I was welcomed by Frenchy today and he was very attentive and nice!
Dirty. The later it gets at night the more downhill it goes. Service is bad, place is very dirty, piles of dirty glasses on tables. Used napkins on the floors, tables and counters. Surfaces never get wiped down. Basically a dirty dirty bar. We got served an expensive cocktail in a dirty sticky glass. Shiny environment, zero substance. Especially for the money they charge. Just dirty Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I was really looking forward and excited about trying the pistachio martini this bar has been marketing on YouTube and other social media platforms. Husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and made this our after dinner plan. We get to the bar, we sit down and start playing at the poker machine while waiting to be served. Older man with long hair comes by after a few minutes, throws napkin down, never speaks to us, and walks away. He NEVER came back, and after 20 minutes we decided to leave. So disappointed. Now having read other reviews, it seems this person is the common denominator when folks have had a negative experience at this bar. Aria also is not giving me a reason to come back to their casino.
An older bartender with longish hair seemed to go out of his way to make me feel uncomfortable. It was not busy. He watched me come right up to the bar and we made eye contact, but he continued to stand still doing nothing instead of taking my order. When he finally came over and I placed my order, he carded me. This seemed really odd because I have obviously gray hair. Whatever, I gave him my ID and paid (and tipped) and left. I think the weird treatment was because I was wearing a mask? A customer sitting at the bar asked me why I was wearing it. I get it, almost nobody is wearing a mask in Las Vegas these days. But any polite, paying customer deserves normal service, mask or no.
