UPDATE: The owner has reached out and offered to complete the initial order, AND we were refunded our balance. Very, very gracious of her!
Now I would highly recommend them. They made a mistake, took accountability, and apologized. This is exceptional service, and I will no doubt be patronizing in the future and encourage all to do the same!
Ordered a Lemon Marscapone Trifle ($320.00) for 21st December 2023. The order was not sent in. Had to wait until Christmas Eve to collect.
Upon cutting into the dessert, it turned out to be a Lemon Meringue Pie ($240), much to everyone's disappointment.
