We always try to find diners when going on adventures. Gilliana's was a great find! The food is prepared fresh, and the portions huge! The ladies that were working today were super friendly! I got the hangry garbage plate, and it came in a to-go container, which I definitely needed! I got chicken fingers, bacon, fries, tots and onion rings. It comes covered in spicy meat sauce which is very good. My girls got french toast and pancakes, and both looked great! Thank you for a great lunch, we will definitely try to make it back! We had came here for dinner and it will certainly not be the last time! Everything was great for my families experience, all around great food, atmosphere and service. Everything was made with a craft and you can tell, extremely clean restaurant and very good prices. Not to mention deserts were out of this world and will so be stopping by again! Meal type Dinner

Great food, friendly owners, and a fun vintage atmosphere made me fall in love with this place the moment I sat down. Lots of people claim to have The Best Something but this place really does have the best fish fry around. If you’re in the mood for good food in a comfortable place, this is it. What a great little home-town diner. The staff was so welcoming and kind (and we even walked in at the end of their hours of operation) it was really a breath of fresh air compared to the other places we have eaten on this trip. They made a fresh pot of coffee for us and it was Amazing! Diner coffee is always hit or miss and this was a direct hit! Great people and great food! I finally found the best fish fry in Batavia!! Beer batter was perfectly cooked. Comes with 2 huge sides of Mac and slaw. The wife got lazy lasagna and that was amazing as well.. place was really quaint and the owner was super sweet. Grabbed a few homemade cupcakes to go for dessert. 5 stars . We visited Gilliana’s Diner tonight for the first time per our sons’ suggestion and I must say, we have found our new favorite restaurant in Batavia! We will be back for sure! They had the VERY BEST Golumbkis I have ever had and their cheddar potatoes were out of this world also! My husband had a Dumpster plate and said it was phenomenal! We both came home with leftovers, the portions are huge! We are so excited to try the different home cooked meals they have to offer! Also, the owners/wait staff are the sweetest people! You MUST try this place, I PROMISE you will NOT be disappointed!!!
