What could be better than handmade pasta, delicious wine, and a beautiful outdoor balcony? This place is incredible. Definitely worth checking out. Also their desserts are made in house - we had the chocolate torte and the tiramisu. Both were light and savory. Will definitely be back as soon as possible.

First time here, we had 6 in our party for 5:30 reservation. Sat us immediately with only 2 other occupied tables. The service was slow and unprofessional and she wasn't a teenager. The restaurant wasn't busy when we got there, so no excuse. Took 30 minutes to get one of our drinks and a request for a second drink was never served. We got a lot of "sorry". We ordered garlic bruschetta. It was NOT brushetta, it was basic garlic bread. Focaccia was very plain with few spices. The menu when we arrived was shockingly limited compared to the online version....not even close. Plus there is a disclaimer that states an 18% "operations charge" which is taxable is added to the bill (even if the service is bad). Just too many negatives for this "upscale" establishment that I cannot recommend. We will not be returning. Read the reviews on Trip Advisor.....owner doesn't care! Food is mediocre at best. We have been wanting to try this restaurant for a bit now and finally went today. We were not disappointed! Delicious Italian food! We started with arancini, which were great, as was the sauce they were accompanied by. My wife got the Parma panini (prosciutto, mozzarella, and tomato), and I got the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. Both excellent. Dessert was expresso and tiramisu. Again both excellent with the tiramisu made as it should be! Chef Francesco definitely knows what he's doing and the staff was friendly and attentive as well. Highly recommended!

The unfortunate experiences shared in previous reviews seem to ring true. I'd advise careful consideration before supporting this business with your time and money. We had an 8:15 reservation and weren't informed that the kitchen closed just 15 minutes later. Our slightly early arrival was met with noticeable displeasure, despite the bustling and crowded restaurant, filled with patrons showing no signs of leaving soon. Given the chaotic atmosphere, we proposed sitting outdoors, only to be grudgingly accommodated by our server. Our attempts to place an order were met with an unprepared response of the server's lack of a pen, and an insistence that we just tell her our order instead. An attempt was made to justify the poor service with an explanation about the establishment operating with only one shift. On her next visit, she rushed us to order due to the impending kitchen closure. An unexpected storm led us to request our entrees to-go, which was met with yet another insinuation of inconvenience, this time allegedly for us. Furthermore, the food itself did not compensate for the service shortfalls. It was largely mediocre; the olives were sad and my mushroom pasta was disappointing, characterized by minimal flavor and an unappealing texture. Amazing Italian food & provisions place off 9G in Tivoli. They also have meat & veggie lasagnas, parmigianas and soups to prepare at home. I loved the affogato after my perfectly prepared tagliatelle!

One of the best Italian restaurants we’ve been to in a long time. The food reminded us of when we were in Sorento. The pasta with seafood and the pasta with mushrooms were flawless. Hats off to the chef and to all work there. We can’t wait to go back. Just thought I’d chime in with a positive review. Before our meal, I read several reviews here and I didn’t know what to expect. I was half-prepared to be screamed at and thrown out of the restaurant! In reality, we had a wonderful experience. Everything we ordered was lovely—the arancini in particular. Service was prompt and thoughtful throughout. The space is well-designed and welcoming. In contrast to some other reviewers, I actually appreciate the fact that service is included—they make their policy clear on the menu. I recognize this might be unfamiliar for some, but I wish more restaurants would adopt policies like this and help simplify our perpetually confusing and arbitrary tipping systems. Has a very nice appearance, service was friendly. Food good I can’t say great it just isn’t. Pasta carbonara kind of dry and flat tasting, lukewarm and chicken Melanese on the dry side. We were seated at a table for 2 near a service area because we were told the booths were for 4. However, sometime during our meal one of those booths had 2 people… go figure.
