Such a nice place to stop for a coffee or lunch whilst shopping. Their mocha is delicious. Much better than many places. And the scones are a great size and with TWO pats of butter. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was good it came quickly shame my drink did not ordered a shake that did not come waited a while after finishing my food still did not come a que of people so ended up going with out it and no refund not great service it should have come with my food Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1

Apart from great coffee, the service is tops. I only go there once a week and despite hundreds of customers through the week, I’m greeted by name and they know my order (which is just an Americano, nothing unique). Such customer service is really special. Meal type Other Service: 5

I stopped for a takeaway coffee, saw something on the menu I hadn't see before, asked what it was and was given such a condescending and rude reply. Was totally taken aback by the tone of the response as I feel I had been friendly in my approach. Haven't been made to feel like that in a long time. Was a disappointing experience. Gary is an absolute gem and such a nice guy! The espresso chillers are the absolute best and they do the nicest spinach rolls in the world - the team here are always so lovely, efficient and friendly. My favourite place to come for coffee by far! Service Dine in Meal type Other

On the last day of 2022 we really enjoyed some lovely flavoured coffee & a Hawiian pin....? The food too had a beautiful taste with hot coffee served in a "real sized" large takeaway cup with smiley efficient service. Bayfair is lucky to have you!
