The milk tea is kinda good. I ordered 50% sugar and it tasted like 100% sugar, the milk tea is way too sweet. The pearls are too starchy. And the ice in the slushy kind of separated from the peach flavoring. This shop is a good refreshment for a long and hard day shopping at the mall. The shop is conveniently located in the second floor food court. I recommend a classic hot brown sugar milk tea or a slushy. The service is actually pretty good with my drinks arriving pretty quickly. The atmosphere is mid, but the decorations are nice.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed the absence of the boba I had eagerly anticipated. When I brought it to the worker's attention, the response was indifferent and unapologetic. The lack of concern for the mistake coupled with an overall unhelpful demeanor left me frustrated and unsatisfied. It's disheartening when a simple request can't be met with courtesy and efficiency. This experience has certainly left a lasting negative impression, making it unlikely for me to consider returning to this establishment. STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!
GONG CHA I ordered the peach slush and added black pearl and white pearl about 2-3 months ago. But it contained only Black Pearl. I was in a hurry that day, so I couldn't go back to Gong cha and ask for white pearls. I paid 75 cents for the white pearl, but I couldn't eat it. Then, today, I visited Gong cha after a long time. I ordered a Lychee slush and a peach slush, I added mango pearls and star jelly to the Lychee slush, and I added white pearls to the peach slush. The Lychee slush I received contained only star jelly. I've already experienced it once before, so today, I checked to see if the pearls were properly included. Naturally, I ordered the Lychee slush with mango pearls added. They took off the lid of the Lychee slush I ordered, threw out the slush inside, added mango pearls, closed the lid, and gave it to me. While they opened the lid, the cup was torn, and the slush leaked out, and while they added the mango pearls, the slush melted. The peach slush I received before has almost melted, They made me think Why did I order the slush if I'm going to get the melted slush?" so is this a slush or not?
They didn't say sorry, and they didn't seem to have any intention of making it new again. It was such an unpleasant experience. Check out what I ordered right there.

Absolutely delicious. I got the strawberry milk tea with pearls and tried their ginger one as well.
I liked the strawberry one more because it had a more mild flavor than the ginger (they likely use real ginger to flavor it so the ginger taste is prominent). The sweetness wasn’t overbearing and in fact it was subtle enough to complement the rest of the flavors very well.
I definitely recommend giving this place a try.
There always seems to be a long but that's just people outside the store waiting for their drinks. The order taking process is actually very quick, and all the staff are very friendly and can answer any questions you have about the drinks. We ordered the Matcha Strawberry Drink with Jelly and a QQ Passion Fruit Green Tea with regular Boba.

The beverages are fantastic and appropriately priced. The staff are attentive to your drinks and make them quickly once your order is taken. The only reason it's four stars is because there is always a wait in line (maybe six or seven minutes) to get a drink. It's a busy mall, so it's to be expected, but if you're looking to pick up a drink quickly, it's something to be aware of.

It’s great to see Gong Cha using eco friendly straws, but they are dangerous. The straws are very fragile & break apart easily by biting or pressing the straw together. Anyone could cut their lips if the straw is splintered, especially kids. Gong Cha needs to find another brand of eco friendly straws ASAP.

Always very tasty. Plenty of pearls. Will adjust ice and sugar to suit your taste. Usually very friendly at the register but you are going to wait. Never faster than 10 minutes, last time it was nearly 20. Super tasty but 20 minutes is pushing the limits. Atmosphere is tough, it is a walk in, order and leave kinda place. Clean, well lit, with a very large menu board.

Me and my friend were feigning so bad. We drove 20 minutes because it was the only place “open.” It wasn’t. We got there at 9:05 and it was supposed to be open until 9:30 but it was gated up and the lights were off. We are so mad and upset. The mall was closed but we had faith in you guys. We snuck in through a restaurant and went up the down escalator. So much commitment for Gong Cha to just be closed. Never coming back. 😓😭😢😬😦
