If you’re in Rawlins or passing by the area, definitely stop by and get some bubble tea and desserts from here! The owner is SO sweet and kind and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I’m an east coaster who stopped by here while road tripping out west, and I’ve had some really great boba in Philly, NYC, and even in places abroad like Singapore. This bubble tea is a strong competitor for some of the best boba I’ve had. So glad I stumbled upon this place! This place was a saving grace for my husband and I as we were passing through the area and looking for something other than gas station coffee. All of our drinks were really great, the service was good and quick. We weren’t immediately greeted when we walked in, however, both ladies working were shorter than the partition that blocks their work area from customers so it was excusable. I love this place living in Rawlins there isn’t many business owners who treat you like this lady does right here she is so nice and sweet she has a wonderful crew and I have never left this place without everything I wanted and was well taken care of Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went there 3 days ago. I got me 2 boba teas and an ice cream ball w/ bananas. I got the honey milk tea and the salted caramel. Personally the salted caramel was too sweet for me. When I first entered there was a younger gal with short hair who saw me but didn’t even look my way. I was not greeted as I entered the door. I’m overwhelmed by the menu, so many drinks and hard to choose, Not everyone is from Rawlins who enters the shop, so it was a bit awkward for me to make a big decision of all the drinks the tea shop had. Would be great if she could have recommended what flavors are my favorite and go from there, I sat down and she brought out my ice cream ball but didn’t give a spoon or recommend where I could find them. Another family came in and she greeted them and recommended stuff. Interesting… another girl in a white shirt came from the back and delivered my two drinks and got me my two straws and she was very professional and sweet. The other girl needs to learn from the other gal how to treat customers. First impressions are everything especially people from out of town. Sadly I won’t be returning or recommending to anyone I know that passes through this area. The girl in the white I would give 10/10 stars. The other girl needs more training with customer service.
