Roy Rodriguez is an awesome rep at Poppin' Popcorn. The products are great quality and everyone enjoys all of the popcorn flavors so much. This is an extremely simple fundraiser and my dance families love it!

Can't speak to the benefits and experience of dealing with this company for fundraising. I can however speak to the quality of the product they are selling. The cookie dough is a joke. Poor quality, lack of ingredients m&m cookies had several without candies in the cookie. Same with the macadamia. little chocolate in the chocolate chip cookies. Feel guilty for actually selling this to people. Guarantee my child will not push this product off on people again.

I love the popcorn they have. I first discovered it through my son's school fundraiser 2 years ago. Whenever we're craving some great popcorn, we order from The Goodies Factory. My son's fave is Chicago Style. 😍😍😍 I love the Jalapeno Cheddar 🔥🔥🔥 Looking forward to ordering more in the future.

For a company that's sole purpose is to make fundraising simple and easy, they couldn't be further from that. Every single step of the way was confusing, frustrating and wrong.
I had two different dance teams that used this fundraiser, and despite asking them over 15 different times to separate them, they mixed the information and orders up to the bitter end. (One order would have the address of the other, names were spelled wrong, email addresses were wrong, contact people got mixed up. )
Please check over your orders carefully, our dancers who had online sales had a zero profit on our final earnings report. I still can't decipher how they have come up with the numbers they have provided. I reached out to managers and even the owner and no one can provide a clear and accurate report of our total sales and profits.
Orders were lost. Orders were incorrect. Sales people were rude and unhelpful. When we would call to get things straightened out we would be transferred from one unhelpful person to another. Our sales rep told me when I asked to speak to his manager, "I am the manager". Later I did get to speak with his manager, who was very kind, and I think is trying her best, but this company is very unorganized and I warn anyone thinking about starting a fundraiser with them to make sure you know how it works before you start and are willing to put in a LOT OF EXTRA TIME AND ENERGY into fixing their errors.
To the owner of this company, whom I have reached out to numerous times, but never responded: I hope that you can get your company's procedures to a place where they are transparent and understandable. Children are out selling your products, and for you to not give them all of their profits, for whatever reason, is morally wrong and I am so disappointed that you did not show more concern when we reached out to you about what was happening.
I am giving this company a 2 star review for one reason: the popcorn is actually quite delicious. I think they have a lot of great options for sales and people are very pleased with their items. The online sales option was very convenient. I just wish the actual fundraising part was done (much) more professionally. Next time I will purchase popcorn on my own and sell that.

The Goodies Factory is a great fundraiser! I purchased the Jalapeño Cheddar and it is amazing. My girlfriends mother recommended it!

Customer service quickly resolved order the company mixed up but the cookies just don't taste good. The cookies that were supposed to have nuts don't have more than a crumb of nut in some of the cookies but the majority had no nuts at all. The recipes need to be revamped and they need to stop skimping on the nuts. I won't order again.

After working for this company in many areas of the company I learned a lot. I saw how they treated the different workers depending on where they were working and how they treat people who do not quite fit in. After getting pregnant they treated me well until two weeks before I had my baby. They decided to tell me to file for unemployment and to not come back. After filing for unemployment they turned around and reported that I denied work, when talking to a judge and fighting the denial of work they could not even tell the judge if I had quit, I was fired or if I was just let go. They do not like anyone who will not make them money and they do not like people who do not fit in with them. I will never buy anything, sell anything or promote anything positively for this company after the way they treated me and many others that I saw while working there. (I could add more and say more about their failure as a company as well. Due to them not providing the best equipment or safest equipment either.)

Horrible. We are a PTA in Illinois. We tried to work with this company and were so disappointed. This company failed us with shipping. They changed the time, date, time, date. THREE times. They did not understand they were working with volunteers. If you are a volunteer company looking for a fundraiser, look elsewhere. This is not an organized company, and they give you wrong/changed information. We will not be using the company and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I'm a truck driver and deliverd there super nice ppl got in and out in no time. And the front office girl is not hard to look at. Lol.

Ordered through a sports team ... popcorn came over a month after date due , then still some missing ... horrible horrible horrible communication... popcorn did taste good but will not ever reorder
