A very good place to visit on a hot summer day. Place is extremely clean and well decorated. Terrible location though. They need a sign on the main road. Great ice cream. Will definitely be back.

Really wanted to try the bourbon ice cream BUT the uniform i was wearing probably wouldn't have been a good choice. The PB flavor was amazing. The coffee chip amazing, cookie monster GUESS WHAT amazing!!! The staff was also amazing. Great place

Phenominal service, grandma was a DOLL and so sweet! She greeted our puppy as well and he enjoyed the best bacon dairy free ice cream cone that a pup could ever dream of! Highly recommend going here!

We went on a bourbon tour and was searching the area for dessert and ended up here. I got the banana and coffee crunch and it was seriously some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Plan on retuning in a few weeks for dinner and I will definitely visit grandma’s again. Also the young man working on Friday August 11th around 3:00 was a sweetheart!! He let us sample and was very friendly! 10/10 recommend.

I previously reviewed this place highly. Visited today & things seemed to have changed. 1. Hospitality: Colorful spinner wheel in dining area eye level for children. A child spins it only to be told, "don't spin that, she just got that level." A table with puzzles on it with a sign that reads "children not allowed at puzzle table." Why have these things in the public areas of an ice cream place only to be put out with children? The lion's share of clientel at an ice cream parlor are kids. May not want to put those things out if you don't want kids to touch them. 2. Portions: today was very different than the other dozen or so visits we've made. Bottom of cake cones usually filled with ice cream then a scoop on top. Today one scoop balanced on top with hollow cone. Whipped cream on shake usually covers the top & up to the top of the domed lid. Today it was a dollop about the size of a silver dollar. When asked for extra whipped cream on one after seeing it on the first shake, employee took it back and added a one second blast from the can. Running a business is hard work. I feel for small business owners. It's hard to please everyone (just can't be done really.) But product consistency is key (& tbh I think the quality of ice cream is great) but customer service & genuine hospitality are mandatory. The employee was not rude at all but it just seemed like we were just kind of an inconvenience. I'm chalking it up to a bad day & will return. 1 bad experience out of 12-20 isn't bad but I'm hoping that our next visit will result in cold ice cream & a warm environment.

I'm racking my brain trying to understand how this place gets such good reviews. I live for ice cream, and this might have been the most uninteresting flavored ice cream I've ever had. Went with a few friends, and they all agreed. Had basic flavors - chocolate, strawberry, etc - we always try basic flavors first...maybe we should have had the specialty flavors...not sure, but go taste for yourself. This post won't slow down their business, but we call it truthfully to us.
