I did an online order , and ordered a mermaid theme cake and that’s not what I got, even after the girl called me to confirm what I wanted on the cake. I told her I chose the mermaid cake and she still did as she pleased. Service was very rude I asked if they can remake the cake and rudely I was told sure but I doubt you want to wait 2 hours . I asked if I could speak to the manager and she called the manager her self but would not let me speak to the manager . All I wanted was the cake remade I was willing to wait even 30 min but that was not an option even though posted everywhere says cake made in 15 min.

Want able to taste new flavors they used to let you but now if you don't like it then too bad which sucks because my kids hated the flavor and it's so pricey. $21.75 for 3 cones. Better of going to the grocery freezer section and getting a gallon for a fraction on the price.

I will give Great American Cookie a 5 star for fantastic ice cream and cookies But the price is not affordable for folks in a budget. This makes it harder for folks to come and enjoy this wonderful place if they have to worry about cost. Maybe create a more affordable price tier the everyone can come and enjoy your shop more often then once in a while. That will increase your profit margins a great deal. I say this because when we visit a great place like this on an outing with family it should be fun and enjoyable not leaving them saying well there amazing but we could have gone buy the store bought 3 flavors of Bluebell and all the trimmings and had that 5 days a week... If you get my point Your marketing is great but you could make an additional line of product listing on the menu that that will be beneficial for everyone and not just lining your pockets. Your in the business to make money but if the economy changes and you don't then you won't have a business because folks won't be able to come to enjoy your place as often. Just a thought for what I seen and heard while standing around listening to customers as they finished up and was leaving. Keep up the Good work.... Love your goodies 😍

My 3 young boys and I love going here! It's a little pricey but the ice cream, fruits, toppings, etc. are super good. The small cup is more than enough for my 4 year old. Anything bigger is too much. They also have great cakes, cookies and brownies.

The ice cream is ok but my husband didn't like the fact the cherries were missing on our banana split and sundae. They said they didn't have any. Too pricey for me not worth the extra bucks.

I ordered 2 cookie cakes and they were delicious. My orders were ready on time and the place was very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful, as well.

The regular cookies were fine but the icing tasted like canola oil! Did you even try it before you sold it??? That is a waste of my 3 dollars and it was so disgusting I had to throw the whole cookie away..why would you EVER want to sell that???

Employee so kind and sweet truly pleasant in a day and age where customer care is seldom exhibited. Very disappointed in the tip jar not for the people servicing you😤
