These guys are great!! My son wanted something different for his birthday...and I wanted to do something along the lines if what he likes...cookie and pizza...how to combine the two!!! Called up Molly and told her what I wanted and Viola!!! A cookie made to look like a pizza!!! My son was so happy...it was fresh, tasty and sweet!!!! Cookie Monster would have been impressed!!! Thank you!!!

Listen, I don’t write a lot of reviews. But I had to take the time out to say that the cookie cake I recently ordered from this location was literally the best cookie cake I have ever had in my entire life. It was baked fresh and the icing was so soft. It was huge hit at a gathering for my relatives and I must say when I bit into it I felt like I was transported to a tropical island instantly. I truly felt at peace and wanted to shed a tear because it was that good, I will be ordering from this location soon so I hope It will taste just as good. When I’m having a bad day, I often think about how this cookie cake made me feel, pure happiness. Thank you.

Ordered a cake. Huge cake, name smashed at the bottom of the cake on top the border. Asked why, response, "I don't know I didn't make it." No apologies. It's not always about the mistake, the attitude is garbage. Catherine is NOT human friendly. She calls the manager, whom I spoke to. I then ask Catherine what needs to take place as I was preparing for my kid's dinner. She ignored me. So I asked are you not talking to me at this Pont? She says about what. I've ordered several event cakes. Certainly the last.

These ladies are the best! I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and picked it up when I got in the parking lot the wind blew a cake out of my hands. They would I let me buy another cake they remade the cake for me. These ladies are a wonderful example of above and beyond customer service.

I would have loved to have gotten a milkshake. Once guy gave me a sample and passed me off to another worker so he could finish something else. The guys continued working never said a word. I didnt want to interrupt him but after awhile it was obvious he wasnt paying any attention to ne. I walked to the back to check with the guy who originally waited on me but he seemed busy too. I told them thanks and left the store.
