Visited for the first time late on a Saturday morning after finishing early lunch nearby. I liked the selections I saw inside, and I snagged a banana bread loaf and a gluten free cinnamon chip bread loaf. The banana bread had good flavor and texture. I appreciated the cinnamon chip bread being made from healthier flours and ingredients. I expected a somewhat crumblier texture, and I wonder whether the bread could have had a little more moisture and cinnamon flavor. Otherwise maybe an apple butter would go well to balance the drier texture. Overall I would be curious to try a couple of the unique savory breads I saw in the store the next time I am in Vienna.

Beautiful fresh bread :) We walked in just from the smell outside. So fresh and yeasty and beautiful. They have a small stand with samples and they were amazing. Their sour dough is amazing! They also have nice fruit jams and butters. The two girls there are also very friendly and very patient (we kept asking about all the breads lol)

Apple scrapple is our family go to! The baked dog bone biscuits are also very appreciated by our dog.
Excellent bread. We make a special trip and get a few loaves regularly now. Favs: Orange Cranberry Olive Sourdough Ciabatta
Wonderful little bakery. Great place to get some really good bread. I love the apple scrapple and cinnamon swirl (especially when I want toast for breakfast). They also have cookies and other nice baked treats.

Really enjoy the different types of bread. I especially like the yeasty flavor and density of the white bread. Makes simple things like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches special. If you are planning on getting rolls for a holiday meal I suggest placing an order early. You might also want to consider picking up a few cookies for the kids while you are there.
A friend and I wandered in here one morning after watching a staff member roll in a cart of fresh baked goods - the smell was so heavenly we had to go check it out. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the banana walnut muffins are just like what grandma might bake - if your grandma was the best baker in town. It's obvious that a lot of care is put into each of the items on the menu.

Delicious fresh bread, I'm hooked! It's a cozy shop with a nice selection of baked goods with plenty of loaves of bread, muffins, scones, sweet and savory bars, cheese sticks, cookies, etc. I love the daily rotating menu, there's always something new to try! Thursdays are my favorite with focaccia, closely followed by Tuesdays with Apple Scrapple and Ciabatta rolls! The loaves last around 5 days or so, I'm not the best with twist ties! Tuscan Herb Focaccia (5/5) - Hands-down my favorite! The scrumptious fluffy bread is bursting with flavor from the herbs. The bread is surprisingly not oily and perfect to eat naked by itself or in a panini sandwich. I devoured 3 slices just on the 1st day! I look forward to Thursdays! Apple Scrapple (5/5) - Perfect for my sweet tooth, great for breakfast or dessert! Reminds me of Aunty Annie's cinnamon sugar pretzel. The dense fluffy brioche like bread with chunks of apples, cinnamon sugar, and topped with brown sugar is divine. With melted butter, the apple scrapple is heavenly! Ciabatta Rolls (5/5) - The airy fluffy rolls are scrumptious, perfect with a little bit of butter or in a sandwich. While I was disappointed that the ciabatta loaves were sold out, the 4 pack of rolls didn't disappoint! Gives me a good reason to drive to Vienna on Tuesdays! High Fiber Bread (3/5) - Not my favorite, quite dense and underbaked. Butter made the bread taste better! After a couple of slices, I threw in the towel on the loaf. Savannah Peach & Blueberry Bar (5/5) - The brown sugar bar loaded with chunks of peaches and blueberries with shredded coconut was divine. All the ingredients blended well together. Perfect sweet treat, will pick it up with my focaccia loaf on Thursdays! Turtle Brownie (4/5) - The nutty chocolate brownie topped with chocolate chips, pecans, and walnuts was fun to try, but not particularly memorable. It was a bit stale at the end of the night. Apple Cinnamon Muffin (4/5) - The brown sugar and apple cinnamon blend well together, the muffin was a bit stale in the evening. Chocolate Chip Blondie (3/5) - Not my favorite, I really wanted to love the goey bar. There was an overload of butterscotch, walnuts and hodgepodge of ingredients. There was too much going on to enjoy the bar. Looking forward to coming back for some more scrumptious loaves and baked goodies!

Wonderful fresh breads, muffins, scones and cookies made that day. Service is great and personnel are very friendly. They are also willing to let you try many breads before buying.
The bread, scones and chocolate chip cookies are fresh daily made from the best whole grain ingredients. Fabulous flavor, texture and hometown homemade goodness!
