Lisa has the BEST salted fish cake aka accras in St. Lucia, if not in all Caribbean islands. It’s to die for.. don’t wait and just come here to try her fish cakes!
A lot of the fish cakes we tried in the Caribbean islands were quite doughy and they mostly tasted like fried dough. But Lisa’s fish cake has the best proportion of the dough and fish. We were able to taste the salt fish and its texture. She put the right amount of spice so it’s not overpowering.
We stayed somewhere about 30 mins drive from her place but her fish cake was just TOO GOOD that we had to drive back before we leave the island and got 10 of them home! :)
