Am a regular customer and I mean regular as in buying every single day sometimes twice a day,today I went there and the griller was coughing a dry and loud cough,he was wearing a mask covering beards only no mouth or nose he was coughing direct into the food I asked the person helping me to ask him nicely to just cover the mouth wen he cough, he backchat speaking some funny language I dnt knw if it's nigeriaor Zimbabwe,,and ddnt even bother to cover his mouth, I was hungry and my family,we ended up canceling the oder,and proceeding to onther store,train your staff and hire competent employees,I am a manager in a restaurant they knw me, I knw protocol..I could have taken a pic and send to your headoffice Meal type Dinner Price per person R 150–200 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They have downgraded from what they started Their pap is bad, it’s like those 2 minutes pap Their wors it’s no longer the one they started with Now they giving sausages as Wors. The food is dissapointing. Until they resolve that. I won’t set my foot there again

The chips is bad too dry and not enjoyable I wouldn't buy it again

The establishment needs help. Their chips is the only thing I can say was good. I waited over an hour for my food. A family that arrived some time after I place my order for their food, finished their meals and left while I waited for a chicken and salad. The were 4 other complaints as I was requesting my refund and some people are not served with the same dignity. I was told to wait so they can sort out another complainant that came a while after me. In a nutshell, horrendous service and selective servicing.

We went there last night. We waited more than 5 Minutes before we were helped although we were the only ones ordering. When we finally got recognised the lady was very rude. We did not get her name but she has dreadlocks.

Pathetic staff members - he just threw burgers and left, asked a lady if this is my order she said yes, I asked is my order not going to be packed she replied with so much attitude saying if we are busy you pack for yourself I was shocked at the level of service I received Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person R 200–250
