New Guthrie's on 69 south, terrible experience. Placed order online for a 16 minute pickup, arrived 30 minutes after placing the order and they were just then cooking it. I told them to cancel. They were not busy so no excuse for not having it ready. Customer service attitude was very poor. Will not return. I do need a refund though, not sure how to get that. It had been so long since I ate here that I forgot why I stopped eating here in the first place. Guthrie's used to be good. The fries still, while they look golden brown and cooked, are not cooked in the middle. The chicken is still pretty good, So one of the two things they serve here is decent. However service at the drive thru is a joke. Almost 30 minutes in the drive thru and that was only with 4 cars ahead of me. I can see why the line is usually wrapped around the building, it is not for demand for this average chicken finger place. It is the incredibly long time it takes for someone in the back to place some food in a take out container. I will not make this mistake ever again, Foosackly's is so much more worth it. Went through the drive thru, I guess the cashier or whoever she was, was having a bad morning. She wasn't pleasant, the fries felt like they'd just come out the refrigerator but the strips were hot. I don't understand why the fries were so cold & the strips were hot. We got there around 11a.m,everything should have been hot except the slaw. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cashier told me my order was getting cooked fresh! Yea because the chicken tenders was burnt up!! Fries cooked in old grease. Definitely a waste of my money, and time! It wasn't edible. The young man & young woman working the window tonight were so sweet!!! (hate I didn't get their names!). We haven't had Guthrie's in forever & were on our way home later than usual & had a craving. When we went through the drive thru tonight their card reader went down, but instead of turning us away they were so kind & polite & even cracked jokes with us. 100% will add this back onto our "cheat night" list of places because of these 2! & the food was of course so good - & so fresh.
