Update: The guy from the pizza place came down within 30min of me writing this review to apologize and offer refund. Good gesture and totally understable for mistakes to happen but great to recognize it, apologize and correct it in future. As mentioned earlier overall the pizza was good so updating my review.
We ordered a AKI MORI pizza and specifically asked to not put the Truffle Mayo as my wife is Vegetarian. However when the pizza came I was not present in the room and the pizza had the Mayo sauce which contained Egg and my wife consumed it. Ifl
Overall the pizza were good but the service was extremely bad as it's the only pizza place open for delivery probably in Hakuba right now.

A week ago
I had this once and got a taste for it and now I get takeaway pizza way too often. It’s very very good and they are generous with toppings. If you get in early enough it’s super fast, not sure about peak times though. Definitely recommend!

So happy to have found this place. They were very accommodating with my dietary requirements and not only that, the food was actually incredibly delicious. Drinks also made to perfection. Everyone else loved their pizzas too. Service was lovely and efficient. Great concept and flavours!

Amazing food, great customer service, awesome atmosphere!!! Absolutely loved Hakuba Pizza!!! Our son (6) is GF and very picky with pizza, he LOVED his and ate ALL of it!! We couldn’t believe it!! Highly recommended!! But make sure you book if you want to eat in 😃

We had a great experience at Hakuba Pizza and dined there approx 8 times in 2 weeks. Shaun, Marc and their team were excellent. Pizzas were great and the gluten free option was fantastic. Highly recommend Hakuba Pizza.

Friendly staff, amazing pizza. The dough and cheese is amazing and ordered through their Instagram DM for takeout. They take pretty long to reply as they are quite busy.
I got a margherita pizza and a flat garlic bread with cheese which were delicious.

This place was PHENOMENAL. Pizza, Lasagna, sides and Paloma's were awesome, and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Could not recommend any higher. Bookings are a must but well worth it!!

Awesome pizza joint, exceeded expectations. Lovely light base and outstanding balance of toppings. Jimmy is a very nice guy. If you like pizza would definitely recommend eating here 👍

Take out pizza wait time is 2+ hours 😂😂 Place looks at 70% capacity but they can't squeeze an order in. If you don't have enough ovens, then don't advertise that you do take out. Who the hell is going to wait two hours? 🤔 Falafel was as dry and bland as the reception
