Self service order. I had a bad experience from another chained train sushi last week. Luckily I have another go. Even though on a long weekend Sunday, the food comes reasonably fast and got lots of variety. The fish at room temperature, but piece size are not the same size. I like the citrus grated white radish topping. Also I like the screw tap for hot water which is easier to control. Price per person ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
