I recently visited Ben Foods and had an extremely negative experience. I'd reserved a table for a special celebration but upon arrival, I found out that the restaurant had given our reservation away to another group of people. The staff did not offer an apology, much less make any effort to rectify the situation but they then wanted to move the group who were already in that table while they were already seated and eating and drinking. To add insult to injury, the employee in the parking lot was incredibly rude and seemed to take pleasure in talking back to customers. I would highly recommend avoiding Ben Foods, as the customer service is extremely lacking and the staff are not even apologetic for their mistakes. It made me question the ethical code of customer service at Ben Foods and I will never be returning.

Excellent food, ordered a mix koththu and having it. It's really mouth watering... Should definitely try this. Highly Recommend this place.

දින රු.3600+Tax පමණ මුදලකට මිලදී ගත් Mixed Grill එකෙහි තිබූ Potato Wedges ශීතකරණයක තබා තිබී එකතු කරන ලද ඒවා වූ අතර විනාඩි 30 කට පමණ පසු Potato Wedges යල්ල නරක් වී දුඟද හමමින් තිබුනි. Though there were around 8 to 10 coustomers in the lobby, had to request many a time from the staff to switch on the air conditioner. After a few minutes they had switched off one unit again. Really pathatic coustomer service.
