The chips at this place defy imagination - fluffy inside, crispy outside. But they pale in comparison to gosling petting zoo. If you want a space to relax away from the hustle and bustle of hectic Karatu, this place offers excellent customer service, a delicious mix of Swahili and western cuisine, and atmospheric music experience.

We had lunch + dinner in Karatu Happy Days Pub and enjoyed their tasty pizza's and samosa's. Fresh food. Dailly suggestions are available. Service is fast and correct. We also ordered lunchboxes for the day after which we picked up as early as 5.30am before leaving for the game drive. Prices are very reasonable for the quality/service offered.

Best beef tartare in Tanzania! Great tour of the crematorium free of charge. The beach is straight out of Zanzibar and the pool is perfect for families.

A great place to hang out on any night of the week. Nice menu and drinks selection. Comfortable atmosphere. You’re sure to make friends with the regulars!
