Ordered a bacon double and a strawberry shake & the lady asked did you want the meal or just the sandwich. I said just the sandwich with a strawberry shake. For just the burger it was 9.79$ the shake was about 4.00$ and some change so with tax it was like 15.88$! For just a burger & a shake & when I got my burger it was no ketchup or mustard & from what I remember I didn’t see any bacon on there ether!!! I wasn’t so upset about it but I would think if I’m paying 9.79$ for a burger it would have ketchup & mustard on it with bacon if I had to rate the burger on a scale from 1-10 I’ll probably give it a 5 1/2 but the shake on the other hand was pretty good I’ll probably give it 7 1/2. I ordered a Frisco burger and this is what I received instead. I'll let the pictures speak for me. The next morning I go back up there to show the managers what I was given the night before, and they tried to give me some free food for compensation. That's just not right. Went through the drive thru for two Frisco burgers. When we got to our destination, unwrapping my burger I found it was burnt: both the burger and the bun. I really don't think restaurants care about the quality of food they hand out to drive thru customers, and this pretty much proves it. This is the 2nd time in 1 week that the drive-thru employee has forgotten food on my order. Either the drive thru speaker is broke or the employees ears are broken.
