From Start to finish was a great experience! I'm happy to say ! The CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING! 🙌🏽

As I'm a small minority business owner my self. Unfortunately in my recent experiences . its always something off. Especially when it come to customer service and the food, but here the waitress was super attentive and had the best personality. GOOD energy was on a 1000 and the wings were made to perfection! It didn't take extra long to get my food. 😁 I loved the motivational quotes all throughout the place .
The owner greeted every customer in the place Before the place was full .Which was very nice to see ! That added a welcoming touch 🙌🏽 when the place got really full , and the bartenders were hustling. I also observed her the OWNER hop right in to help instead of sitting back and watching them drowned with drink orders ! That's spoke volumes as the type of business woman she is ! I will definitely go back and I'm definitely telling a friend to tell a friend. !

This is the place to be let start off by saying the music and service is great. The food is amazing the fries with cheese yess!! The wings are an 8 out of 10. I would have gave this a 5 stars but here the problem not enough seating I don't wanna eat my food at the bar people reaching over you and your food to order a drink its not okay. Secondly they need more servers to when actually get a table to seat down at because sometimes it's only 1 or 2 bartenders that be doing it all. Other than I have other issues with this place.

Took too long to get noticed at the bar 1st time 25 to 30 min and only after gestures were made more apparent to get noticed was the party service, and the second time attention had to be made clear service was needed 👌 shouldn't have to press to get attention to spend your money. Overall, I loved the place ❤️ had a fun time. didn't try the food this time , but I'll be back for a Smurder next time I'm there. Lots of very pretty women in the house 🏠 😍

I have gone 3x already never had the food. The drinks are good. There are a few things that need to be worked on. Ms. Harp needs to look into a larger space. She has the crowd for a larger area. There should be a capacity limit. At the bar they should have hand sanitizer stations or a sink with soap dispenser. And the reason I say that is, I was there one Saturday night, bartender came in and she stuffed her belongings under the bar which is not sanitary ( should have a room for this) well she had just touched her hair pulled up her clothes and started serving drinks. As a Restaurant and bar owner there should be some rules for everyone. We are still in a pandemic. I feel every female bartender should have their hair pulled up, (hair sheds). And their outfit should be something that there not pulling up their leggins every time they been down. Now their touching their clothes as well as their body and then touching someone's glass to make a drink. But just my opinion. I still will be going to Harp's because I like the dj, drinks and the eye candy.
