Store prices are higher than other grocery stores and they advertise their E-Coupons to save money bringing the prices equal with Target Grocery or Lowe’s. Otherwise you’ll be paying a much higher price for a mediocre shopping experience. Grace from customer service is bothered when asked for help and their systems are archaic which can’t pull up an online order placed through their own app

This is a very nice Harris Teeter. It feels very new. The floors are very clean and shiny. The produce looked great. They have a very nice selection of wines from around the world. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The aisles are wide and eat to navigate, even in busy areas.
If a store is going to be open on a holiday then post your holiday hours. Shows that you are open till 11 pm. Just needed some meds for a kid. So much for Thanksgiving. Turned me away at the door.

The deli group was very helpful ordering a Thanksgiving meal box, very friendly and they had a nice spread the area was clean too. The prices normal for Harris Teeter.

Pretty good supermarket. Great meat and seafood department. Great coffee selection and produce. Bakery is decent at best, down the road at Publix for that. 1 star for the grocery cart situation. More than a few times I have been, there have been zero carts available. On numerous occasions this location has a sea of carts spread out all over the lot and the cart holders are overflowing.

What a great store with great variety, prices are a bit higher but its a trade off. What a wine and seafood selection, and a wide variety of can goods and specialty items, and when you think the saving never end you get the VIP card and home run
Like Harris Teeter for the most part (not as much since Kroger bought them) but the store on Dorchester Rd at Wescott is very poorly run. For months many have complained about the lack of training for cashiers, especially on how to bag. Here are pictures of today's debacle. I I had 3 bags, one insulated (heavier, different color, silver insulation obvious). The cashier put all my cold items in the thin, uninsulated bags, and the bread with heavy cat food boxes in the insulated bag. She also put a cabbage onto a small plastic container of raspberries, and a heavy cantaloupe on top of a small container of grapes. A supervisor was watching, and said nothing. And these people want $15 an hour!!

Very clean and well stocked. Went and signed up for a discount card. A cashier was at her register with no one in line. Right away, she greeted me and assisted me with getting a card. Very nice young lady was explaining all the benefits they offer with the card. Then, some older lady manager walked up to us and told her to get back to your register. What a B!!! Not very good customer service that manager showed. The young lady continued helping me 😊. Now, that was great customer service there. That rude manager needs to learn customer service. I usually get names, but I was so upset with that manager blonde older woman. Her title has gone to her head! She needs to get better customer service training!!. A huge thank you to the young cashier who does have customer service knowledge.
I like the layout and selection at this store, but for years we have had issues with so many expired products on the shelf! Once we bought cookies that were several months expired. Today my husband turned in 6 packs of Canadian bacon that were expired by a month. We have had multiple other times when we didn’t notice the expiration date until after we got home and opened the product. You have to be so careful and check every expiration date because they certainly aren’t. I would expect better from a place that charges this much for groceries.
Great produce! Excellent salad bar and pizza. Got 2 nice pumpkin for $12.
