This super cute little restaurant is an order at the counter and then sit at a table style place. They have a ton of vegan options and I really enjoyed the vegan beef wrap. The menu had different wraps, salads, burgers, etc. that were vegan. I liked the atmosphere and thought it was all really good. The only con is that they give out plastic single use cups instead of reusable ones. Other than that, I really enjoyed it there. *as far as “food” I had a juice (ABC plus G apple, beet, carrot w/ ginger) HOW did I not know about this place?!? I’ve lived locally for 25 years, gone to DMV a hundred times. Wasn’t until today that I saw this place! Atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Staff was very pleasant and the juice was….. DELICIOUS! I make juices at home but they always taste better when someone else makes them and has to clean up their mess 😂. I will be back to try food from menu Only negative is I HATE paper straws!!!! They do make environmentally friendly “plastic” straws. So I had to use my Starbucks straw to drink. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Good: I had a "Chicken Avo Wrap" with a side of "sauteed spinach" and it was very very good. The wrap was well balanced and the spinach was exactly as described. The Bad: My problem is that I do not like touching a ordering screen that every other customer before me has already touched. There is no wait service after your food is served and they want a tip too. Sorry but going here once was enough for me.

First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the half Italian panini and sweet potato fries. Food was delicious, didn’t need salt/pepper/ketchup. Serving was larger than I was expecting. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Wait time was almost non existent. I’ve been eating really well and was unprepared with snacks for while running errands and an so happy I came across Healthy & Delicious and didn’t go off the path I’ve been on. This place is great! All time favorite restaurant! Food is always fresh and hot! Fresh basil and always crispy sweet potato fries are tell tale signs of the effort this restaurant puts into their quality of food. Customer service is always amazing. Personal favorites are the chipotle entree and the chicken avocado wrap. Worth a visit. Never a bad experience! First time here pleasantly surprised by the choice of natural, vegan, and vegetarian foods, as well as options for meat eaters, especially in this area. Some Items were low fat, fat free and tasted delicious. Most restaurants (even grocery stores) in this area do not cater to healthy conscious people. You could also get sweet potato fries, chip and homemade guacamole. they even had a delicious kids menu. I’ve been coming here for years, #1 spot in Ocean County by far. Food is exactly advertised, Healthy & Delicious. Whether you are a plant based eater or organic based meats this spot provides the highest quality and filling proportions. I will always enjoy coming here! Appreciate the staff and everyone who created such a great place!

First time here! Love their menu options! I got the Fresco Wrap custom ordered and it came out delicious! Sweet potato fries were a little undercooked but I understand it's hard to tell sometimes with them so I'll just order them well done the next time I come in! Definitely recommend trying it out!!! They have a good selection of vegan options and I was told about 90% of the produce on the menu is organic which I LOVE!
