Incredible history on the restaurant. Building was built in 1859, so much history. We were just there for a quick lunch. Service was great, wood oven for pizza was so fantastic 🍕. Can't wait to go back next time we are in the area. Loved the Christmas decorations 🎄 Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was excellent, had a real home made quality. I had a thick hand made burger patty that was dry aged, with a brioche bun, onion rings batter was fried to perfection and for plain fries quite delectable. The atmosphere is cozy and I would have given it a 5 if there was not cigars allowed, not that I can say I minded that- but I can see that might bother some. Did seem well ventilated. The cocktails and beer selection are among the best in the area. The atmosphere is cozy and feels like an old world European tap haus. Parking can be a bit tight during busy times but overall great experience. Recommend the spicy filet tips, any of their pizzas, hat co old fashioned is delicious. Consistently delicious food. Shepard's pie is flavorful, hearty and belly warming. Ahi tuna is always prepared to perfection with several accompaniments, glazed spicy Brussels taste bud awakening. Was meeting some family at the Gandolfini Rest Stop and wanted to grab something to Eat. So happy we choose this place. Atmosphere was awesome and food was great! We choose appetizers to share. Attended a birthday dinner here and it was very nice. We had an upstairs room, the young people serving were great, the appetizers were good a choice of 4 different entrees were available. This is my favorite local spot. Everything on the menu is amazing. Their cocktail menu is divine. Their “dirty filthy” martini is the best martini I’ve ever had. I would easily come here once a week if I could. I also appreciate that I can bring my dog to dine outside. The service was amazing. We showed up on a Saturday evening, unexpectedly and with a large group.The hostess and wait staff went above and beyond all expectations in seating and serving us. The food was excellent. They had a very nice craft beer selection, although they were out of several of the drafts that were listed. The atmosphere was quaint and cozy. Everyone in our large group had nothing but great things to say about our visit. I highly recommend the Hearth & Tap for all of your special occasions, or even for just a nice night out.
