Found out this stall by walking near the seafest mall.
Humble stall, most likely just opened recently. The boss is a taiwanese I heard. The staffs are 3 friendly ladies. They have always put up a smile.
The shop is air conditioned. And it's kinda cosy.
I ordered a princess milk tea. It's milk plus jasmine tea. The taste is nice and refreshing. I would say the price is just slightly cheaper than the tea franchise tealive.

Super cosy cafe with very friendly staff. The drinks are a bit expensive but on a hot day they were amazing. Popcorn chicken was also yummy and reasonably priced!
