Heidelberg's is my fav bar in Olde Towne 🥰🥰 The energy in there is always incredible and the staff are so so so so sweet. Friendly faces, every visit. We come to shoot pool and enjoy the karaoke every once in a while. Much love for them

Bartender not that great, n fact was unsure what seagrams 7 was, nice environment in old Town Slidell right on strip of bars ivthnkbold town is famous for. Outside seating, wasnt a bad time but was ready to leave after the 2nd drink. Would have been better but I'm a smoker, and well, new times.

Karaoke nights on Wednesday are awesome! Really enjoy the people and the atmosphere. Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and accomodating.

Best bartender in the world. Been to 100+ city’s and Mrs. Lisa is number 1. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know if I would have stayed.

This bar was ok. There was a good social scene but I felt kind if ignored by the bartender. She literally took 30 minutes to attend to me. I had top wave my hands in the air to get her attention. Good customers mixed with relatively bad service.

Great neighborhood bar. Cool atmosphere. Sometimes they have live music which is always fun. A more mature crowd than some of the other places in the area...which is really nice.

A great watering hole
I am new to the area, but came out tonight to see a friend perform live; the Heidelberg seems to be a great little bar in the heart of downtown ("Old Town") Slidell. There isnt much to it, but it has a "Cheers"-esque quality to it. Were I a regular customer, I would bet money that ♪"everybody knows [my] name"♪
Smoking is allowed (something I personally was surprised at, not being from around here); the bar tenders were especially good, & although it was a busy time at night, managed to get everyone in my party served quickly and kept our drinks full.
There is 1 billiards table (that I saw); a few bar computer games and darts.
The stage is in the middle of the place, & drinks are reasonably priced. There was no food menu (but I hear the place next door is good); peanuts and popcorn are free if you ask.
Overall, 5*s for a hole-in-the-wall bar, the vibe, & the service. I will definitely be back in the future.
