I love having local flavours and knowing that sustainability is a big part of Heliconia's priorities. The mango Panna Cotta is to die for and I'm still dreaming about the citrus birthday cake I had way back in October. Candice really puts her all into these delicious treats and it shows. The attention to detail and the visually stunning designs (including local edible flowers and herbs!) always add that extra touch.

I've had several items from this place and everything was delicious. True to their slogan, Candice took into account my family and my preferences and customized to suit. I especially liked buttercream meringue cupcakes she made that, due to me not liking very sweet foods, she reduced the sweetness but maintained the flavor and richness of the desert. Definitely would order again.

The eats and treats from Heliconia Cakery are absolutely fantastic. Amazing taste, superb quality all perfectly complemented by the exceptional customer service. I would recommend everyone to sample the delicious desserts on hand as there really is something for everyone

The team at Heliconia Cakery are top notch! They have done treats for my bridal shower, desserts for my sister's wedding and lots of smaller events over the years. Their attention to detail, taste and the finest ingredients make them my go to! Congrats to such a wonderful, skilled and hardworking business 🏆

I've never been disappointed by anything from Heliconia Cakery. Everything is soooo delicious. Their desserts are so amazing, some of the best flavours I've ever had. So many different items to choose from, I absolutely love their cakes and cookies. I've also recently tried their breads and muffins, definitely recommend giving those savory options a try as well. I love that they use local products. As far as their pricing goes, I must say they've been the most affordable. Service is great as well. Definitely recommend 10/10

I got recommended Heliconia by a close relative of mine, and decided to use it for my SO's father's birthday cake. He still admits to it to be the best birthday cake he's had. That fact, on top of the repeat customer card I got that first purchase, I ended up using her for different cakes, muffins and cookies for other events and just once because I could for my mom.

Every single product that my family and I have tried from Heliconia has been delish! Heliconia is our go-to for special occasions and even for just treat! They are able to materialse what we have in mind every time. Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, breads etc - all very more-ish. I love that they do their best to promote sustainability and pro-environmental practices as far as they are able to. OH! they even have gluten free and dairy free. So much magic in one place! Highly recommended for your next noms.

She was a natural beauty molded of 60% Trinitario Cacao😁. The flavour of this bespoke, artisan made creation by Candace at Heliconia cakery, was a deep and decadent; rich moist MOCHA CHAI cake. most cakes would dry out but this one just got better the day after as well. Its just getting more chocolatey and fudgey. The decoratuons are all ethically sourced local trinitario 60% Cacao dark chocolates molded to match my theme and painted on rose gold dust. The mermaid theme was further accented by a beautiful fully Edible painting of a rose gold mermaid with flowing locks of rich burgundy hair flowing in the waves. The flavour, the quality, the experience of my birthday was made so much better knowing the level of thought and care and pride that went into this piece of art. I was and am so excited and happy with my birthday cake this year. Thanks to Candace for making the day so magical with her delicious artwork.

I've had the pleasure of having a couple of her goodies. All have exceeded expectations I didn't know I had. Cakes with the perfect crumb, cookies with the perfect bite. Caramel sauce that carried my tastebuds to a new dimension. Absolutely perfect, will recommend anytime.
