The Belgian Waffle were amazing! My daughter had the breakfast sandwich, it was delicious as well! Water with this meal, but, leaving she got a speciality ice coffee, I got the HH special coffee, hot. Both were delicious. Love HH. Please get a location near Highway 43 and Rose Boulevard, near TCHS. Thank you for wonderful food and great friendly service at the Northriver Townes location.

They were out of 3 different things we asked for! Two were when we ordered, then they had to come to our table to tell us we had to modify our order after we sat down. Out of a soup we were interested in, a drink we wanted, then part of our food. Oh! And also out of a condiment we needed. The girl who brought food to our table did not want to be there! She never smiled or talked to us. When leaving we could not get from the restroom out of the building since patrons at 2 different tables blocked the aisle going out. We had to ask them both to move to let us by.

Coffee and food are great. What puts this place above everyone else is the elite service. Reese is an incredible manager. Laura and Maggie are two of the best service people you could ask for. This is a daily stop for me, I love it.

Great new location. Right a the entrance of the Townes housing department. Same excellent food! All the top notch coffees, unbelievable crepes and crepes. If you are a HH fan, you need to come here.

This was my first time at this Heritage House location. It's so nice. Quiet and lots of space. Good place to work, have a quick meeting, have a coffee date, or just chill. Food is good as always.

Good to great baked goods. I can usually find a table to sit at easily. This location is poor though—it can’t decide what it wants to be. For a coffee shop it’s waaaaaay too loud to get much done—even with earbuds/noise cancellation it’s LOUD. It’s also hard to have a conversation/hear for meetings. It switches to a restaurant at times and so things are sort of stuck halfway. I also have no idea when this place is open/closed and as what type of business so I avoid it. There is no menu posted, the line is either on the left or just go straight to the register (ok if you’re the only one but confusing and a problem when people line up on both sides). Overall, the problem is the bad building architecture—it’s two stories with beautiful high ceilings that reflect, amplify, and echo all the noise around the whole place. As a result, people talk louder, echos more, talk louder, etc.
Parking and the road in are a problem—the street is only about 1.5 lanes wide instead of 2, people then park on the road and parking is small and tight. Service is just OK. Other locations are better and I’ll start looking for a better place.
