My favourite restaurant in Tromsø. The food is fresh and very tasty! The bun and sushi was amazing! The service was spectacular. The only thing I would say is: I definitely needed more noodles on my plate, but besides that, everything was amazing. Highly recommend it! So disappointed that the sushi was actually rice wrapped in rice and the quality of the rice was slimy. Pre-made dishes that didn't feel freshly made at all. The service staff is not bad. The only thing I’d like to comment on the food is that the king crab became pretty dry after grilling, otherwise they serve pretty decent izakaya style food, considering it’s Norway where the understandings of Asian food are quite limited. The portions are pretty small so expect higher costs for a meal, or get some more filling items like sushi or fried rice on the side. The service is superb, the waiter was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Though it seemed a bit short-staffed, the food and drink came really fast so it was satisfactory. Nice decoration. Bad on price and quality: on menu 210 gram (revised) beaf steak for $425 NOK but with less than 1 cm thickness. Wierd steak experience in Norway as a tourist. reply to Hibana Tromso: I ordered RIBEYE STEAK with finger pointing on the menu, how can it be the reindeer steak instead? We booked for 2 people at 8pm on a Sunday and it was very quiet. Nevertheless, we had a great experience. Ordered a 20pcs moriwase platter, the duck bao buns, the pork gyoza, the eggplant, the chocolate brulee dessert, and 2 mimosas to drink - total came up to 1210NOK (£95). We were very full at the end, so I'd say order less if you are not that hungry. Everything was delicious and fresh, service was lovely and the restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere. Have been there for a dinner couple of weeks ago. The main dishes were very tasty, but small (pork) and very small (duck), for >300 and >400 NOK not really great, when you have to go afterwards somewhere else to eat because you left hungry. The food was absolutely great. I will absolutely be back for the wonderful tastes and lovely presentation. The waitress was polite, but a bit inattentive. We had to ask for more water, etc. The restaurant is expensive, but worth it in my opinion.
