One of my favorite restaurants at Live Aqua. Thai inspired cuisine. Employees are amazing. They are very kind, happy, and welcoming. They were a joy to converse with, as we dined here several times. The hot spicy fried noodles were great with your choice of chicken, beef, or shrimp (or any combination of the three). The Mango Thai Fish was also excellent. Our favorite was using our room credit to purchase the Lobster Shrimp Sushi. So delicious! Perfect light breading that was fried perfectly. Not oily and not to crunchy or thick. The sushi pieces are big, almost too much to get in your mouth. The desserts are excellent as well. Can’t go wrong with the Matcha Green Tea Cake. Perfectly sized for the end of the meal. Ordered Spicey flat pai Thai noodles with beef. Absolutely no seasoning added and I had to enlarge my camera picture to see the tiny pieces of beef. Could not find a server so I ate 1/2 because I was hungry. The noodles were spaghetti noodles. After the waiter finally came, we just left. Staff was very nonchalant about it on the way out. The staff and environment were good, but the food was terrible. My som tam came without green papaya, spicy fried noodle was not spicy nor fried at all, and one of the fish yellow curry had no seasoning whatsoever. I’m asian and I don’t approve this place.
