I stop in here everyday on my way to work and I just have to say I ALWAYS receive the best customer from everyone and I don't go anywhere else but here, today I was having a really hard morning and he just made my day and gave me a little hope in a pretty way hopeless time by giving me the discount card and he's been so friendly friendly and helpful anytime I've needed anything!!! Sky thank you so much for that I appreciate All the little things in life and that truly made my day ❤️ thank you all for being so amazing

Come in and get $50 in gas and $4 (two) of the French toast tornado things. Start driving off to work only to realize my tornados were so hard I couldn’t bite into them without chipping a tooth. I went back in the follow morning, and was met with sheer STUPIDITY. “Well, like, you needed to come back the same day.” Ok well I worked all day this the reason I came in first thing Saturday. “K well that’s not our policy and it’s not even in the right box” ok well I still purchased here and the box issue is an issue amongst your staff, don’t drag someone who holds business fleet cards with you that it’s my fault. So the manager at 8331 thrives on being right but not actually doing the right thing. She told me to go ask another Holiday despite purchasing from them. You can thank that one employee for losing over 20k monthly in fleet business now. Unbelievable.

It is the most confusing gas station ever the pumps are broken, the inside is cleanish, but the staff is nice

So why do you require your customers to wear their masks while in store yet what looks to be your manager not keeping his mask on the entire time he is in the store? This is complete double standard and NOT OK. If he doesn't need his mask on then neither do I! So why can your employees pick and choose when they wear a mask? I can't choose when i wear a mask in your store yet clearly this guy picks and chooses.

Everyone one was nice. The car wash attendant was extremely nice and paid extra attention to the bugs I had on my grill. He deserves recognition for his customer service.

The pump I used at this Holiday malfunctioned and did not properly sense when my tank was full. When I let the manager know what had happened she only cared about if the gasoline got on the grass. Management doesn't seem to care if their pumps are working properly as well as they don't seem like they are interested in fixing issues. Until today I thought that Holiday was a pretty reputable gas station.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Both employees who should have been serving the several people waiting to check out were instead laughing with their back turned to the counter. Then when they finally recognized there were people waiting, the elderly woman asked me "why are you so grumpy?" then she began talking about how I was like her abusive ex. Do not go here unless you don't have an option!!

In a world of covid, my family needs to be safe with some immune compromised kiddos. this store is super clean and people were wearing masks and distancing. We were able to use restrooms and comfortably grab what we needed quickly to get back on the road. and bonus...friendly cashier too :-)

Female assistant manager totally disgraced my daughter today. I believe with all my heart she needs to be removed from this location immediately. I managed years ago fir a competitor and anyone treating a customer would have been fired .

Called to get my car towed for parking there for a public event. No explanation, no warning, no nothing. Their service was subpar and they were not the least helpful after calling to get me and 3 other peoples cars towed. I was two steps away, an easy warning would have sufficed thanks for downing me $340 :) also your store is dirty and grimey
