3:30 in the afternoon the lady working is resting her upper body on the counter. My wife asks for a key to the restroom. The lady says, "it's on the wall." Not pointing or showing where. Well I'm thinking, "can't you get your lazy body off the counter to at least point where it is so we don't have to feel stupid walking around trying to figure out where to look??? Why is it so hard for workers to have any sense of professionalism these days??

I've only been here a few times, filling up my rental at the end of the work trips. The customer service is always good to me, especially a gentleman named Trey. To make this even better, when I buy lottery tickets and Trey is my cashier, I always win! Thanks Trey!!

I was here today 12/2/2023 getting gas at 6:28 pm. And a guy was trying to get gas but the pump wasn’t working a lady came over the intercom and stated it didn’t work and he needed to move pumps. He didn’t hear her. She went over the intercom again extremely rude and disrespectfuly yelled at the guy about the pump not working. He was upset as anyone would be and speed off. Avoid this place

Went ther at 945 tonight, Sunday April 23 after the Wild game, pit some gas In and went to go inside..it was locked..looked at my phone and it was 944..looked at the sign..said they were open till 10pm. Walked over to the window and showed them the time..the guy and gal motioned thay they were closed. I showed them the sign and the time again and the young man came to the exit door and opened it a little and said they were closed ..then pretended he didn't understand English when I told him it said they were open till 10.

There are better gas stations in the area I would avoid this one if possible. Their car washes low quality in their customer service is sub-par. Employee was obviously high on marijuana. And rudely responded to my request for the bathroom key with “you gotta buy something” even though I just got done using their faulty car wash. Kwik Trip is far better.

Horrible customer service. New private owner asks you to buy something BEFORE you can use her bathroom. Accusatory and rude: “Really? What did you buy?” “Gas and a car wash?” When I called to complain was hung up on by the owner. Hopefully she’ll sell to a more friendly person. Until then… a hard pass on this store.

They close the car wash by 6 or 7 pm max. Like wth. One time I was wait on line and one car front of me and the lady just came put close sign front of my car and leave without saying anything. Go learn how to Respect your customer because without them you are out of business

Walked up to the door at 9:15pm this evening and it was locked. Sign on the door said open till 10 pm. I am beyond irritated as I have a 2 hour drive ahead of me and just wanted to use the bathroom. Very disappointed.

Crowded store, not always easy to find a spot to park or get in and out of there, the coffee area isn't very clean. There is one younger cashier who works there that isn't pleasant. Is always staring off into space when she rings things up, never says hello or thanks. Customers are a disruption to her but she should at least be pleasant and pretend to like her job, that's what retail is about. The rest of the cashiers are very nice.

Great place facility is always clean been here for years,carts easy to find .even thru winters,place is kept up , easy to get in and out, with keypads ,management is great, common sense ,like any other rental place prices go up, just ask for help and they do. Linda is excellent in keeping up with everything and customer service, I would recommend this to anyone looking.
