It was crowded and noisy when we went after 5 pm. Our chairs were against the back of the chairs of the table behind us because they squeezed too many tables in a small room.
They put all utensils in a container on every table for guests to grab by themselves. We saw people inevitably touch the parts you need to put in your mouth when they grab the utensils out of the container, that was why we got sick after eating in there because the germs spread if someone is sick and touches the utensils. We saw the waiter pick up the food and fork from the ground didn’t wash his hands before serving foods.
We waited for half hour for our first order to come. Every month, they have discounts for some dishes; however, our lamb dish came with only few small pieces of lamb with lots of onions and green bell peppers. The pan-fried noodle dish had only 2 small shrimps, no beef at all, but the menu says this dish has shrimps, beef and pork. Hotpot was filled with many cheap fish balls.
The worse part is, they put the just cooked hot Chinese food in a plastic container for takeouts.
Home Eat offers an authentic traditional cuisine in a way that captures what I would expect a restaurant would be in the Bay Area. Modern, sleek, but also authentic in the sense that I feel as though I'm having my own family's home cooking. All the portions are family sized at a fantastic price.
The only note here is that it could get quite packed and is best to try navigating around the busy hours as it is likely that you would have to wait an hour to eat despite being seated.
Cheap, but good taste Chinese restaurant, very busy and long line, need to wait at least 30 mins. But good food, not a high end one, but feel like home.

There is a big problem with the service and the management is chaotic.
When I order I ordered a leek box to take out today , but I had to wait for nearly an hour at the front desk. They answer to me every inquiry is, just wait another 6 minutes! Give it another 3 minutes. and again 2mins!😓 Oh my God! Please tell the truth. Please be honest.

Different than many Chinese restaurants, this one is clean. It’s also reasonably priced. There are fresh oranges served after dinner.
