All around great. My wife and I split 6 small plates plus a dessert and every one was well prepared and delicious. The attention to detail on each dish from the flavor and texture combinations to the plating took it to the next level. The plates are presented to you in sequence based on what you order. Highly recommend the tuna crudo and black tea glazed spare ribs. We will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu. *Update 12/1/23*: Another great experience at Honey! Thanks to Felicity and team for the wonderful service! This time we tried the tuna crudo, meatball parm, spring rolls, chicken meatballs, crab shells, and Berkshire pork skewers. All excellent! I would have to say my favorite dishes so far have been the tuna crudo, pork skewers, foie gras sliders, and beef tartare. Can’t wait to go back and try even more dishes! We had a great experience! I would definitely recommend making a reservation. The presentation and taste of each dish was fantastic! We got the black velvet oysters, beef tartare, salmon tacos, foie gras sliders, blue cheese toast, and one of the specials (sloppy cho). Absolute favorite restaurant in this area! We consistently come back to celebrate special occasions or just a night out with friends. Their attention to detail in every plate and drink is perfection! The atmosphere is intimate and inviting and their staff is wonderful! Enjoyed yet another anniversary dinner with them tonight and loved it. Wow this place was terrific. The ambiance was terrific. I sat down and ordered and very quickly a pre-appetizer snack was brought to me, It was delicious. Then a snack for between courses was brought out also delicious. I ordered three items and all were terrific. As well I'm vegetarian and they had a specific vegetarian menu so I appreciated it. All in all I loved it

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had! This place is such a gem. Love the small intimate setting and the unique menu. Everything paired perfectly together. Between the two of us, 4 dishes plus drinks and desserts was more than enough and that's coming from two people who can eat for days. If I wasn't so full I would've tried more on the menu. As locals, we have eaten here numerous times and every single time has been AMAZING! Jason was our server again- he is professional, fun and seems to really love what he does! The atmosphere was the only four star rating since it could have been a little quieter. The food is excellent regardless of the selection (we tried seven). Lastly, the servers are friendly, knowledgeable, and on point. Amazing meal! We had heard such good things about Honey we had to try it for ourselves. Every dish that came out was delicious. We ordered the mushroom soup which was incredible. The tuna crudo, beef tartar and salmon tacos which were so fresh, full of flavor and amazing! The ribs with spicy ginger ice cream was one of the best things I have ever eaten. It is obvious why this is one of their signature dishes. The truffle chips were tasty and perfectly cooked. The Spanish octopus (seasonal special) and crab shell pasta were both good. We didn’t save room for dessert but got it anyways. We ordered the fried apple pie and I think it was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. A superior American tapas place with dishes that will surprise you! Honey is a cosy place that gave us an amazing, exquisite dining experience. The food is Michelin star level!!! Our server Ava was the warmest server and made this an amazing dinning experience. The best part was that they didn’t bring out all the dishes at the same time but intelligently staggered them so we could really enjoy each dish.
