Ordered a meal online and when it was picked up they said they were out of the fish tacos. When an order is placed online a phone number for the customer is entered. A quick phone call regarding this would have helped this situation. Instead we had to wait longer for them to make shrimp tacos. Better customer service is needed here.

Food was great. My wife likes the steamed shrimps and she said they were very good. I typically get a burger or the Texas smoked wings. Either is great. Hooters has become my go to burger place. The general manager, Staci, is always super friendly and helpful. She takes great pride in making sure everyone is happy with their food and drinks. Ordered the crab legs and they were delicious. Deseree our server was awesome and just absolutely took the best care of us. Food came out hot and quickly. Drinks were cold. Ordered all u can eat wings first batch came out and we were told by the bartender Amber that we had to eat the 10 wings we had first before we can get another order second order took damn near 30min to come and the place was not packed we sitting at the bar looking stupid waiting on food. Second batch came out which was 6 wings and bartender basically pushed us out the door she rung up our check and sat it on the table and told me and my buddy we couldn't get anymore and that she was tired and worked 13hrs so I paid $22 for 16 wings.......Never again will I go to Florissant location I will continue to go to hooters downtown St.Louis Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Chicken Wings

The food was good service was okay. Place was clean. It was just very weird to me that when I ask my waitress. She said that they didn't have. Unsweet tea. Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Never been to this location and have to say was very impressed. The drinks and food was amazing. Service was awesome to. Shot out to the server Niya. She was amazing. I will definitely return.

We had not been back to Hooters for a number of years because of poor food quality, but we decided to give them another chance. Bad mistake! We placed a online order for pick up. 6 items in total for 3 people. When a restaurant receives an order and they are out of an item, they need to be proactive and contact the person who placed the order to let them know that only some of the items are available. This restaurant does not do that. When I got there I watched the lady put the items into the bag. When she knew there was something missing she should have said something. She did not! Then she takes my credit card and charges me for the total order, knowing that there were missing items. When I asked for my missing item a number of the girls all at once said oh we are out of those. So this was not something that was unknown to the people in the restaurant. When I asked for a credit they said they could not do that. They would have to contact corporate and have corporate take care of it tomorrow. Very poor service!!! The manager did offer to charge me double. So that I had a correct receipt. Makes sense of that one. Now onto the poor quality of food. The take home salad was full of extremely mushy and wilted lettuce. Notice the picture attached! They did give me little towelettes which kind of says it all. “Common sense isn’t” The chicken wings were sent out with no sauce. The french fries had no seasoning. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich had no taste and the meat was dry as a board.. Supposedly corporate will be sending me a refund for my missing item, just wish I could get a refund for the terrible food portion also!!! And of course reading all the other portal reviews I know exactly what the response to this one will be. “We are sorry for the poor service. This is not our normal and we will pass it on for correction or review. Please contact us.” If that is the case and they know about this because there have been years of these negative reviews on here, why have they not done anything about it?

Appetizers that were ordered were warm and they had just come up. Also it was a little greasy as if they were not shaken good. Other than that service was good. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Chicken Wings
