Shout out to Anthony (manager). Had lunch with my mom and niece yesterday and while there was nothing wrong with my mother’s lunch, it was not what she expected. Our waitress Brianna (who is amazing) mentioned it to Anthony and he came to our table and was unbelievably apologetic and brought out another lunch entree himself. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely wonderful experience at Houlihans in Brick. Food was 10/10. Service was 10/10. Wish Houlihans had more locations. Exceptional customer service from General Manager Gary and Bartender Jenna. I will definitely be returning! I have been coming to hold hands for a long long time. We went last night for my husband's birthday. And it was the best experience i've had. Not only was the food amazing like always but our server, Miranda was absolutely the best person I have ever met in my life. Her kindness was so genuineshe was fun she was sweet . She definitely loves working with the people. I will definitely be asking for her again. And then when I asked for a manager to tell them how great she was I. Met a manager robin who was also super amazing. This is going to be my first choice of restaurants from now on I definitely highly recommend Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Review Update: FIVE STARS from FOUR, Today Saturday around 2:30 or so and we had a service issue and were ready to leave when the Manager stepped in. As a former business person I always judge a business on the way they handle a problem. The Manager turned us from a most likely never go back to a loyal customer. OLDER REVIEW: I had the Grilled Chicken Rosemary, the chicken, vegetables were cooked perfectly, the mash was over salted. I would get this entree again. My best pal, she had the Impossible and did not like it at all. She wished it was the Beyond Burger that she really likes. The waiter and the management were great and replaced the dish with another vegetarien dish. She had the Zucchini (spiral cut) with marinara sauce and enjoyed it a lot. My sister in-law had a mushroom burger and just loved it. We all shared this great dessert (see Picture). I will be back again for more cold beer and good food. Today January 02, 2024 and tried the Shrimp Scampi and found that it was a decent Scampi with plenty of garlic and a good ratio of pasta, shrimp and sauce. This was my first time at a Houlihan’s and I felt so comfortable all at once. My favorite music was on and I had a salad which I made into my own. It was just perfect and the blue cheese dressing was great. I will definitely go back again. We arrived after 3 and our waitress was very happy to serve us. Thanks again for the birthday coupon. It was my first time at this restaurant. I went with a big group of people. The server Jessica was very nice and she went above and beyond. We felt well taken care of. I order from the early bird menu and it was definitely worth it. I had the House Salad with honey mustard dressing, it was a very delicious salad. As my entree I ordered the Meatloaf No.9 and it was very good. Unfortunately, I was not able to try the cappuccino cake because they ran out so they substitute my desert with a scoop of chocolate Ice cream. Always a go to spot!!! Great apps and entree choices We like to get the apps and share The tuna app is spot on!
