I'd say this is not a comprehensive review, but hear me out.
The item I had was a scent-over-taste cold 聖圖阿里歐 (Costa Rican sun dried). Strong oaky smokey barrel punch at first nosing, and acid raininess at first bud-touch, with a bright after rain complex yet very (too) subtle Mediterranean soil texture after taste at throat. Strong bourbon and brut red wine after scent in the nasal part.
But I'm giving a five star for the whole experience here, including superb atmosphere, vibe, and nickel service.
The intricacies and thoughtfulness are brimming at every corner, and the whole wall blackboard interior implementation is spot on.
Clean and comfy. Warmth that comes from the just portions of industrialness and woodiness stroke my sweet spot, after my rainy search for a good cafe in Yilan.
Fair experience. Highly recommended.

Great service, nice ambience and good coffee, what's not to like! Helped that it drizzled to enhance the calm and laid back mood.

It feels chilled right at the moment you step in the door. The waitress name “Chloe” lead me to find my seat. She’s lovely and hospitality, even grabbed a chair beside me to introduce the menu and the specialty offers they got today. I had the upgraded set which costs me NTD330 for the premium selected Panama, and a creamy Matcha cake, plus handmade chocolate. I have to say it’s marvelous experience in Yilan. Not crowded, you could spent your leisure time here.
Plus, it takes extra NTD20 for using the socket.
