We had a Kottu dish and a prawn salad (which was more like a prawn stir-fry with vegetables, very tasty). Both tasted really fresh and good. Prices were very reasonable and the ladies were really friendly. Would recommend. A local family restaurant, basic but comfortable, perfect before you go Turtle watching. We had the vegetable soup and Koththu, both was very delicious! The owner is super friendly, speaks good English, and will always ask about your preferred level of spiciness. And he even organized a Tuk Tuk for us after Turtle watching, big thanks for that! Excellent food, very delicious and big portions. We had one of the best food experiences in Sri Lanka. We also saw baby turtles with the help of the owner. Totally recommend this place for a unique local experience in Sri Lanka. Nice family owned restaurant. They prepared every dish fresh and it was really good. The prices are very low compared to the other hotels around. Fiona arranged us it Tuk tukw to drive which was all so cheap. I would definitely recommend this place.
