I ordered food via Mr D. I had to wait for more than an hour. We Bought 5 burgers on Saturday only to receive 1 coke and 1 chips with the 5 burger order, we thought well maybe they made a mistake and left it as is, today Monday we bought another 6 Burgers on 2 different orders, only to receive 1 coke and one chips again, however paying for the whole meals !!!, now we contacted them speaking to the manager (lady) and was advised to complain at MR Delivery, however the bags was sealed with their stickers and untampered with and 3 different drivers ??? after long call was basically told to go complain somewhere else so we will never again support Hungry lion ever. the Bellville branch is thief's and completely unprofessional. don't waste your money !!

Order Made via Uber Eats, 45 mins later Order was cancelled. The driver who arrived to fetch my order messaged me to say HL gave my order to wrong driver. Manager refuses to apologise, just makes an excuse and says Uber will refund me. 1 hour later. I hope this store closes down Service Delivery Meal type Lunch
