As the sign said and as one of the Kelantanese my self, I can say that the East Coast menu is indeed genuine and authentic taste.
I had nasi berlauk ikan tongkol and it does meet my taste bud. The taste that you can only have in Kelantan.
The eating place is a bit small and can be a bit crowded at a time. Parking is at the road side opposite the shop or behind it. The food rate is reasonable and the service are still average.
Surely will drop by again when Im in Kluang.

Popular dishes are nasi kerabu, nasi saying, nasi lemak and mee siam. Also has noodles like soto and mee goreng. Roti canai also ok. A bit crowded during later part of the morning.

I’ve been here for few times already (4-5 times which would make my review more legit and fair) Most of the time are breakfast time.
Unfortunately, service sgt2 lah lambat. Normally untuk kedai jual breakfast mknan melayu kat msia ni, customers are allowed to ambil mkanan sendiri, tp kat sini tidak.
2-3 ladies who will prepare and serves all the foods to customers BUT they’re all very slow like super duper slow. Kalau kita ambil sendiri setel kot. And they even will ask customers to sit when customers are trying to take thier own food themselves. Maybe they really particular about the food presentation and platting kot. Lol. Mcm show Masterchef Malaysia yall.
Ambil order, dapat air pun lmbat. Basically everything are in slow motion. I can spent like 1 hour just to have my 1 pcs of roti kosong and a glass of teh o panas. Dayymm.
Rasa makanan biasa2 je. (Even mknan sedap tp dapat lambat, still customers won’t enjoy the food duhhh!)

As usual, I read all bad or rather reviews first. To me this is more important than good reviews. As I never want to judge someone solely based on other people’s opinions; today, I experienced it myself.
1. BAD/POOR SERVICE
I waited approximately for 5 minutes to hope a waiter/waitress would come to my table and ask for the order. Unfortunately, that’s never happened. So, I went to the counter and trying to place my order. Stood up for almost 15 minutes and asked for help from the people at the counter, they kept saying “Kejap eh, kejap eh.” Then what? Still no one take my order until the lady owner came and I asked her gently. “Kak, boleh order Nasi Dagang and Lontong. Makan.” She was not even looking at my face and just said “OK!”. Then she did her thing and ignored me completely. Then, I saw her staff “Dik, boleh amik order? Saya duduk meja hujung.” Then the vicious and ruthless lady owner came to us and said harshly “Tak payah, tak payah amik order. Tadikan dah order!!”. Then I asked “Kak, saya tunggu lebih 15 minit, mana order saya?” Then again she asked me ruthlessly “Apa awak tanya??” Seriously?? Is this how you treat your customers? Sis, you will be disappeared from doing business! Rude, harsh and vicious lady owner!
2. PRICE
I am from this town and been leaving overseas and KL for 20 years. The price here is more expensive than anything alike in KL. Period.
3. FOOD QUALITY
Average. Nothing special but just nice with Malaysian tastebuds.
4. LOCATION
Good for driving through. But parking space is disaster.
In short, just because the bad service, super slow service and bad owner, I will not recommending this place. There are better options available. So, don’t bother to come here. Save your money, energy and emotional health and enjoy your meals somewhere else. You will thank me for this review.

Almost having bfast & lunch here every time come from kl to kluang. Not recommended. Staff not friendly, main jeling2 & just look at customer when customer want to take food and not asking yes bang/kak nk order ape?? Left customer waiting infront like patung. I dont mind the price but i really2 emphazise about service.
