Soon after grand opening, we decided to stop for lunch as we had not been to a Hwy 55 in a while. Food was great, but we we completely turned off by the robot that delivered the food to the table. Forgive me for being old school and I get it that everyone wants to make $35,000+ per year for minimum wage [which is causing this trend], but THIS family will NOT support ANY business that removes the human touch from the dining experience. We do not plan to return to any Hwy 55 as a result, ever. AI has a place in the world, but not fast food service. We are also avoiding any restaurant chain that is migrating to forced used of kiosks. You young folks can have this new world, we are not going to support it with our hard earned money.

I am giving this restaurant a bad review today because we placed an online order which should have been easy to understand and be complete. When picked up, the order was missing 3 items that I had to prepay online for. Be warned if you order online from this place because they will take your money and not give you your food that was ordered. When my food did arrive to my home, it was cold and not very good quality. I called the restaurant and spoke to Joanna who had a seemingly difficult time understanding my name and she mentioned Bridget was manager on duty. I was asked could I drive all the way back to the restaurant to get my missing items, which I live about 15 miles away. NO. I ended up with them taking my name down for a future visit to give me the missing items. This was definitely an overall disappointment because previous visits to the restaurant had been good.

This is the fast food restaurant that actually serves fresh meat hamburgers all hand crafted now if you want a medium burger your out of luck but they are served juicy and hot!, chicken tenders made with chicken breast coming out piping hot! This restaurant has fresh food I can’t say it enough and the price for 2300 bucks for the two of us huge bang for the buck, we left stuffed this is our second time back!!!

First time here, and I have to say it was good. Never heard of this place before today. Service was a Lil slow ( the girls were constantly working) so not sure what was going on. Will be coming back with my grandson's as they will love to see Rosie. Love the concept of the restaurant.

Chicken Tenders and Tots
Came through the drive through tonight. Not busy at all. Ordered a shake and a plain chicken cheese steak. Got my concrete mixer shake while I waited for my food. I started eating it and found shards of plastic in my shake and gave it back to the girl and she seemed aware of how it got there. Get home to eat my sandwich and it's not plain like I ordered. They were better when they first opened but I guess they started slacking. Won't be back for a while.

Chicken Tenders and Tots
Over all the Burger, Shake and Fry’s establishments serves an outstanding burger and cheesesteak. You can build your own burger or go for the Carolina Classic with chili and slaw. The orangeade and lemonade is outstanding. . The waitress was excellent. The floors and windows need a good cleaning. The menu is kid friendly for 12 and under. Serving kids menu in a classic cardboard car. We had the double bacon cheeseburger, single bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and the cheesesteak.

Cheeseburger
This was my first time eating here and overall experience was good! I ordered the Chicken Tender basket with 4 Tenders and tots. Food arrived quickly. Chicken was good and came out hot! However, the tots did not seem super fresh and were luke warm. Our waitress was fantastic and staff was friendly. They give you a sample of custard to try, which was a nice surprise. I would visit again if I'm in the area.

The double cheeseburger was a little greasy. French fries were not up to par. Overall experience was fair. Wonderful waitress named Bridget, she made our meal taste a little bit better. .
