حيدر أباد فود هاوس Hyderabad Food House
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hyderabad Food House in Al Aziziah Sahara Al Oudbah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As someone who loves trying out new cuisines, I was excited to try out authentic Indian food in this highly recommended restaurant. And I must say, my expectations were exceeded.
Firstly, the ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with a touch of traditional Indian decor. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was pleasant from the moment we walked in. The menu had a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and I was impressed by the affordable prices.
For starters, we ordered the samosas and chicken tikka. The samosas were perfectly crispy and filled with a delicious potato and pea mixture, while the chicken tikka was succulent and bursting with flavor. For our main course, we had the biryani and butter chicken. The biryani was fragrant and had just the right amount of spice, while the butter chicken was creamy and absolutely delicious. We also ordered garlic naan and it was soft and fluffy, the perfect accompaniment to our meal.
The portions were generous, and we ended up taking some of our food home. However, we couldn't resist trying their desserts, and we were not disappointed. The gulab jamun and kulfi were the perfect end to our meal. They were both rich and indulgent, leaving us satisfied and content.
One thing that stood out to me was the use of fresh ingredients in all the dishes. It was evident in the taste and quality of the food. The service was also prompt, and our food arrived quickly.
Overall, I had an amazing dining experience at Hyderabad Food House. The food was authentic, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was cozy. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try out delicious Indian cuisine in Jeddah. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

This review is coming from a good place. I get it’s not a very pricy establishment, and one may even argue that the management may not have funds to properly run a restaurant. But it’s really not that hard to maintain hygiene in the kitchen. The plastic cups were dirty, the plastic table cloth had a hole in it and there were pieces of hair on top. I have to admit that most of the time i don’t mind all this because it doesn’t directly effect the food, but hell broke loose in my head when i saw pieces of eggshells in my chapati. The dosa i had was a little burnt. Chapatis being served were cold as well. What would this tell you about a restaurant? Cheap does not always mean bad. But this place is proving otherwise. Do better.

One of my most favourite Chinese Hyderabadi Chicken Platter, from Hyd Foods, ordered today, and it was absolutely amazing! Hfh Iftekhar bhai went above and beyond, assisting me in ordering my preferences through an app and ensuring a seamless home delivery. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly enhanced the overall experience. Plz come up with more such amazing combinations as our love for Chinese is never-ending 😍😍

Samosas are good.. spring rolls are good but drenched with oil.. Haleem is very good (but quite spicy).. Chana Dal given in the iftar box was stale. Chicken 65 was good.

Ordered their popular sufiyani mutton biryani through careem for lunch. They had 2 options Sr 29 for single and Sr 32 for full biryani. I ordered the full one. To my surprise the whole box of biryani had just 2 pieces of meat, one with bone and one boneless. What a rip off. I have ordered biryani from multiple places like khana khazana and shadab but never saw only 2 pieces of meat in 1 biryani. Infact khana khazana is quite generous with giving meat in the biryani. Very very disappointing, had high hopes because of certain reviews on Facebook maybe they were paid reviews.

Just tried the mutton biryani and on a hungry stomach it tasted good.
Spicy and oily of course so be prepared.
Pricing was reasonable compared to some others who have raised their price.
Definitely worth a try.
Parking is an issue and gets crowded inside with people bumping in to you.
