I went here this morning with my mother and had a great time, I believe this location was remodeled in the past few years, because the ceiling tiles and the carpet both looked much better than they did a few years ago. Also, the tables were nice and there was plenty of space to get around and sit. There is also plenty of free parking all around this building so that should not be an issue. Our server was great, the menu had a lot of different options to choose from and I believe that you can order anything off of this menu whenever they are open. My food came out and I was very surprised by the quality of the food and how great it looked, it definitely is not the IHOP that I remember from about a decade ago, I will definitely be returning to this place more often now and I'm very happy with how great my omelette and pancakes were.
